A few years ago, I had my first haircut with Kit Shields at the Blind Barber in Highland Park. Since that time, we've have had some truly insightful chats about life, work, sobriety, and pretty much the full spectrum of the human experience.
This is why for me, Kit is more than just my barber or the person I go to for grooming and self-care. She’s someone who creates a sacred space for genuine human connection and meaningful conversation.
