In school, we don't learn how to manage our emotions, how to cultivate self awareness, or how to broaden our understanding of the purpose of pain.
As we roll into the new year, my mission is to answer the question: "How can we crush those boundaries that prevent us from doing the deep work?"
With my next round of guests to include practitioners in: mental health, resilience, and mindfulness, we'll be exploring the tools, techniques, routines, and coping strategies that strengthen the framework of the mind/body connection.
It's time to push on that "Wall of Fear" to find out what we're truly capable of.
